Evgeny M. Kuznetsov is a founding partner and managing partner of Herman & Smith LLC, where he advises clients on debt restructuring, debt collection, mediation, litigation, arbitration, and legal matters involving foreign investment. He has extensive experience representing clients in complex disputes, including maritime law litigation and international arbitration proceedings.

Evgeny holds a law degree from the University of Geneva and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Kingston University, London. One of his notable professional achievements is the establishment and development of Herman & Smith, which has grown into a team of more than 20 lawyers.

With broad experience in both contentious and advisory matters, Evgeny provides legal support to businesses and investors navigating complex domestic and cross-border issues. He is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
